Notes:

1. Click on Student Count to sort the data by the Student Count for a given term.

2. An asterisk (*) next to Student Count denotes the column (term) that the data is being sorted by.

3. Select a field (Gender, Age Group, Ethnicity) and click Update Report to bring fields into the column area.

4. Fields can be dragged to adjust the display order. Fields can also be dragged between the row and column sections to change the data layout.

5. Click on a field (▼ or ▲) to sort data by that field.

6. Click on the blue funnel icon (funnel) on a field to filter the data on that field.

7. When 'View Report' is clicked, sorting is reverted back to default setting of alphabetical sorting.
